Roof cladding composition
Only the recommendation information depends on the designer, which composition of the roof cladding will choose for the given roof! These compositions are presented only as an example, in practice other solutions are possible, the resulting composition of the roof is always designed by the designer according to the specific situation. We as a roofing manufacturer only require that our roofing is carried throughout the area by formwork.
Single-shell roof, at a roof slope of 17° or more:
This type of roof does not have insulation, it can only be used, for example, on the roofs of gazebos, shelters, etc. and only if a special rubber foil is used, which is placed between the covering and the formwork, this foil must have the property to pull around the nails and thus prevent water from flowing. This feature meets e.g. Juta DTB 150, juta manufacturer.
Double-skinned roof, with a roof pitch of 25 ° and more
A vapour-permeable locking contact insulation is used, which lies directly on the thermal insulation, prevents any unwanted water intrusion into the insulation, which would lead to its degradation, but at the same time allows for a safe drying of moisture, which could in the insulation e.g. in the insulation. condense. Between the lock waterproofing and formwork there is a ventilated gap created by counter-lamination, which allows the safe drying of water captured by the lock insulation.
Three-skin roof, with a roof pitch of 25 ° and more
Unlike the double-shell roof, the upper edge of the thermal insulation is placed about 40 mm lower than the upper edge of the rafters. Thus, an additional air gap is created under the safety vapour-permeable insulation. In this solution, contactless vapour-permeable locking insulation can be used.
Three-skin roof for roof pitch 17 ° to 25 °
At a roof slope below 25°, we cannot ensure a perfect function of the roofing material produced by us, therefore the structure of the roof shell must be supplemented with a waterproofing layer, e.g. from modified asphalt strips. However, this layer prevents the natural drying of moisture from thermal insulation, therefore a ventilated air gap of at least 40 mm thick must be unconditionally formed above the thermal insulation. In order for waterproofing to be safely waterproof, the counters must be supported with sealing tape in its entirety.
PLASTIC ROOFING SHK
Our roofing material is made of recycled granulate, which is produced by injection into injection moulding, dissolving and pressure moulding. The material is very resistant to weather, UV radiation and mechanical damage. The covering is unbreakable (it can withstand e.g. strong hail, falling branches from trees, etc.), is still flexible, walkable, light / 9.6 kg per meter/, permanent color, maintenance-free – without further care and, most importantly, affordable. In its appearance and way of laying, it imitates natural slate. From the material point of view, it is PVC. The roofing is suitable for covering roofs with a slope greater than 17°.
The covering is shaped according to the substrate after laying on the roof due to the action of heat, there will be a slight bending of the center of the individual templates.
Due to the elasticity and malleability of the material from which the covering is made, it can also be used for atypically shaped roofs, which otherwise use floor-to-ceiling sheeting. The material from which the covering is made well withstands high summer temperatures, but at the same time does not lose its resistance even in winter, at temperatures below freezing.
